	A quick update on Dazzlin's strict training regime... Since the great "End to End" bike ride of 2004, Darren has continued to be at the peak of physical fitness with regular trips to the watering holes of Whaley Bridge, no matter what the weather throws at him. The way he drops what he's doing, no matter how important it is, to come to the pub & throw loads of ale down his neck is truly inspirational. He is an example to us all and will probably be a lifesaver to numerous pubs along the route. I can only hope & pray that Jamie, Simon & Tim have followed his example as this ride is much more arduous and will require the comsumption of a lot more beer & bacon butties. You have been warned... 	We the round the grounds adjudicators believe that as Sunderland have already been relegated from the Premiership they no longer constitute a Premiership club; also Sheffield United and Reading have already been promoted making them Premiership clubs. For the adjudicating panel to validate the challenge and to legally allow the collection of sponsorship money it has been forced upon us to make you visit Reading first then the London clubs before riding north to Sheffield before coming back south to Portsmouth. Sorry for any inconvenience and a map will be provided asap.

	Why did Timmsy fall off his tricycle. 1) The stabilisers on Timmsys tricycle fell off. 2) Because the support bolt broke. 3) Because the load applied to the tricycle was well above the S.W.L. 4) Because although vertically challanged Timmsys body mass index is off the scale. 5) Because of the excessive intake of Lager, Kebabs, and cream cakes. 	Can I just applaud your decision to vote Sir Bhab's potato water thickened 'moist' bit above Brad's caremelised onion sludge on Wednesday, as aware as I am with Brad's Ramsay like skills in the kitchen it's nice to see a bit of 'Up North' has rubbed off on The Great Sir Bhab and his in depth knowledge of gravy shone through, (point of interest Brad, the master himself Gary Rhodes says, and I quote from Gary Rhodes New British Classics Page 50 ONION GRAVY "It is very important that the onion does not burn as this will create a bitter taste....", shame on you Piss Boy) Anyway, is it just me or is this 'roundthegrounds' thing just a thin disguise for a marathon pub crawl on bikes, looking at the photos you've posted it appears that even lunch cannot pass bye without a four pack of Carling on the table !, I wasn't aware it had Isotonic value, I thought it just made you p*ss.
