The name change for the fifth company, William Paton Ltd in Scotland, came into effect in early 2003.

Formerly known as IBC Vehicles, GM Manufacturing Luton currently produces the Vauxhall Vivaro medium sized van. The van is sold in several different guises under the names Opel Vivaro, Renault Trafic and Nissan Primastar. Last year was a production record for the plant at around 89,000 vehicles built.
